The enrollment process can be broken down into the following eight steps:
1. RSVP FOR A TOUR
Tours of our Southeast and Northwest schools are offered on the first Monday of every month from 6:30 - 8:00PM and RSVPs are required. You may RSVP here.
2. TOUR YOUR PROSPECTIVE SCHOOL(S)

3. JOIN THE WAIT LIST (OPTIONAL)
If there are no spots available in the cohort that your child would fit into, you can join the wait list. There is a $40 fee to do this. Each classroom has its own wait list, and a child must leave the room or reduce enrollment for a vacancy to be created. This could happen for numerous reasons, and there is really no way to anticipate or know how long the wait will be to get into a classroom. In some cases, there are no changes in enrollment for a particular cohort.
4. ENROLLMENT OFFER
An email is sent to the next family on the wait list whose care needs align with the vacancy. If no contact is made, the space is offered to the next family on the list.
5. FAMILY INTERVIEW
A 30-minute family interview provides an in-depth opportunity to have a better look around the classroom, meet the classroom specialist, and ask questions about the program to ensure a good fit.
6. PARENT ORIENTATION
This is a mandatory child-free, after-hours meeting. We invite both parents to spend an hour in the classroom learning about school policies and responsibilities.
7. TRANSITION INTO CARE
Each family will build their own ideal transition into full-day care. We ask parents to spend some time with their child at the school for the first few days to allow the child to slowly acclimate to the new environment and care routines. This is also the parents’ chance to view the classroom in action and to get a feel for the teacher’s caregiving style.
8. SCHEDULED CARE BEGINS
We offer up to 10 hours of care for a child each day. Drop off is between 7:00-9:30 AM.
