An Preschool Teacher provides loving, committed primary care for up to 10 children and works 8 hours per day, Monday - Friday. 

A great candidate for this role has worked in a formal child care environment before and/or has taken college-level courses related to early childhood education. 

To work with us - or any licensed Oregon child care center - you must be enrolled in Oregon's Central Background Registry. Also, within your first 30 days of employment, you'll need to have or obtain an Oregon Food Handler's Card and Pediatric CPR/First Aid certification. You'll also need to complete Oregon's Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse and Neglect course, an Introduction to Child Care Health & Safety, and a Sleep Safety for Oregon’s Infants course.

This role starts at $14.00/hour, with opportunities for annual performance reviews and merit-based raises (up to $0.50/hour per review), bonuses, and paid time off, including holidays throughout the year and a Winter Break. We also offer health, vision, dental & life insurance coverage and a 401(k) with a generous company match.
