NORTHWEST CENTER
Located at 1740 NW Flanders St., Portland, OR 97209, our Northwest center is a 7,906 s.f. building that contains nine classrooms. Lydia Copper is the director, and she is assisted by a three specialists, a full staff of teachers, and a cook.
